The restaurant owns this website and its brand name. The website is built and managed for us by GatorBoy Marketing, a marketing agency. In simple words: the restaurant owns it, and the agency takes care of the technical side. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Phở Bowl.
Using this website the right way
You are welcome to use this website to look at our menu, learn about us, and place a pickup order. When you use the site, you agree to use it in a fair and honest way. Please do not:
- Try to break, hack, or damage the website.
- Place fake orders or orders you do not plan to pick up.
- Enter false information (for example, a name or phone number that is not real).
- Copy our menu, photos, or brand to use as your own.
- Use the site to harass anyone or break any law.
This website is meant for the general public in the Cape Coral and Southwest Florida area. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not use it to place orders.
There are no login accounts or passwords on this site. You do not need to create an account to order.
How online orders work (pickup only)
When you place an order on our website, you are sending us a PICKUP REQUEST. This means your order is not final until our restaurant sees it, confirms it, and starts preparing it. Placing an order online does not guarantee we can make it.
When you order, we collect: your name, your phone number, your email (optional), the items you want, any special-instruction notes you add, and the pickup time you request. We use this only to prepare your order and to reach you if we have a question about it.
After you order, you get a live order-status page so you can follow your order. This page is kept private by a random web address (a special link only you get). Your order details are stored for a short time and then automatically deleted after about 2 to 3 days. We keep a private kitchen screen for our staff to see and prepare orders.
What your browser stores on your device
To make the website work, your own web browser saves a few small pieces of information on your device: your shopping cart, your language choice (English or Spanish), and a private order-tracking code (so your order-status link works). This information stays on your device and is used only to run the website.
We do NOT use third-party advertising trackers or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not use this information to follow you around the internet. You can clear this information at any time by clearing your browser's storage or history.
Prices, menu, and running out of items
We try hard to keep our prices and menu correct on the website. But prices, items, and what is available can change at any time, and sometimes without notice.
Some items may sell out or not be available when you order. If we cannot make part of your order, we will call you at the phone number you gave us (or email you, if you shared an email) to work it out. The price you actually pay is the price at the restaurant when your order is confirmed and prepared.
How you pay (pay at pickup today)
Right now, all orders are PAY AT PICKUP. You pay with cash or card at the restaurant when you pick up your food. Our website does NOT take card payments online at this time. Please do not send us card numbers through the website.
We are planning to add online card payment in the future (using a payment company called Stripe). When that goes live, there may be a small card processing fee of about 3% added to online card orders. If we add this, the fee will be clearly shown to you at checkout BEFORE you agree to pay. Until then, there is no online payment and no online fee.
Reviews and guestbook messages
You may send us a review (your name, a rating of 1 to 5 stars, and your comments) or leave a short message in our events guestbook (your name and a short note).
Please keep it honest and respectful. Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, false, or that is not really about your own experience. Do not post other people's private information.
All reviews and guestbook messages are moderated. This means the owner reads and approves them first. They are NOT shown live right away, and we may choose not to show a message, or to remove one, for any reason. When you send a review or guestbook message, you give us permission to display the approved content publicly on our website (for example, showing your first name and your review).
Our menu, photos, and brand belong to us
The content on this website — including our menu, our food photos, our text, our logo, and the Phở Bowl name and brand — belongs to the restaurant (or is used with permission). Please do not copy, reuse, or sell it without our written permission. You may, of course, share a link to our website or tell your friends about us.
Links to other websites and services
Our website may link out to other companies, such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub (for third-party ordering and delivery) and Facebook, Yelp, and Google (for reviews and social media). We also show a Google Maps map so you can find us, and we may use an email service (Brevo) to send you an order confirmation.
These other companies are not us, and we do not control them. When you use their websites or apps, their own terms and privacy rules apply, not ours. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, their service, or any problem that happens on their side. Please review their terms directly.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare helps deliver the website and keeps basic server logs, as a normal part of hosting.
The website is provided "as is"
We offer this website and online ordering to help you, and we do our best to keep everything working and correct. But we provide it "as is." This means we cannot promise it will always be perfect, always available, or free of every error. Sometimes a website has technical problems, a page may be down, or information may be out of date.
"As is" is a common legal phrase. In plain words, it means: we give you the website in the shape it is in, without a guarantee that it will always work exactly as you hope.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phở Bowl is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this website — for example, a missed order, a website error, or a problem with one of the third-party services we link to.
In simple terms: if something goes wrong with the website or an online order, our responsibility is limited. This does not take away any rights you have under the law that cannot be removed. If you ever have a problem with your order, please just call us at (239) 800-4832 — we would rather fix it with you directly.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time — for example, when we add online card payment. When we make a change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website after we update the terms, that means you accept the new version.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where our restaurant is located. Any question about these terms will be handled under Florida law.
